From her BS in Public Health from BYUI, Yoga teacher training from Bodhi Yoga, to her MSW in Social Work from University of Utah, Teri has made Health and Wellness the center of her life. She is a Strategic Intervention Coach as well and is offering her combined skill set (Health Education, Strategic Coaching, Emotional Regulation skills, Communication skills, Intra/inter-personal relationship skills) to those looking for added support in their journey to optimal health and wellness.
