2. **Food Safety Disclaimer**

By purchasing from Alpine Microgreens Farm, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

* Our microgreens are grown in a controlled environment but are **not sterile** and may contain naturally occurring bacteria. There may also be the presence of seeds or seed hulls which are harmless and non-toxic.

* All products are sold **raw and unprocessed**.

* You agree to **wash all microgreens thoroughly before consumption** and acknowledge that there may be the presence of seeds or seed hulls.

**By purchasing, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with consumption.**

3. **Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver**

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

* You agree that Alpine Microgreens Farm is not liable** for any illness, injury, allergic reaction, or damages resulting from:

* Improper storage or handling after delivery

* Failure to wash products before consumption

* Consumption beyond recommended freshness period

* You assume **full responsibility** for the safe handling, preparation, and consumption of all products after delivery.

4. **Allergen Disclaimer**

* Microgreens are grown in an environment that **may contain common allergens**, including but not limited to:

* Seeds (various types)

* Soil or growing mediums

* We do not guarantee an allergen-free facility.

**Customers with allergies purchase at their own risk.**

5. **Product Freshness & Storage Policy**

* Products are grown and harvested fresh and custom to order, and should be:

*Removed from paper box container (when applicable to your order) and put into preferably a glass container or other food safe container with a lid.

* Refrigerated immediately upon delivery in a food safe container.

* Consumed within 7–14 days

Alpine Microgreens Farm is not responsible** for spoilage due to:

* Delayed refrigeration

* Improper storage

* Missed deliveries by no fault of the company (Alpine MIcrogreens Farm)

6. **Delivery Policy**

* We offer free delivery to: Alpine and Highland

* Delivery times are estimated and **not guaranteed**.

* Customer is responsible for:

* Providing accurate delivery information

* Ensuring someone is available to receive and sign for the order 

Once delivery is completed:

* **Responsibility transfers fully to the customer**, including temperature control and product safety.

7. **No Refund / Limited Refund Policy**

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

* **All sales are final and paid in advance 

* **If there is no one to receive the delivery at the agreed time and day, the product is forfeited by the buyer and will be returned to Alpine Microgreens Farm.

* We do not offer refunds or returns except in cases of:

* Incorrect order fulfillment

* Products arriving visibly damaged

Any claims must be made within 12hours of delivery with photo evidence.

8. **Online Ordering & Payment Terms**

Orders are custom to the client. Pre-Orders are necessary to grow the crop desired. Pre-orders are made and confirmed via text only and purchases can be facilitated through **GoDaddy online transactions** or other agreed upon method after confirmation of item in stock or planned harvest.

By completing a purchase, you agree that:

* The purchase item and quantity is correct 

* All information provided is accurate

* Payment is authorized and valid

* Your delivery information is accurate and is the appropriate location for delivery. If delivery address is inaccurate, a delivery fee of $5.00 shall be imposed.

We reserve the right to:

* Cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

* Limit quantities

* Require reception of delivery by customer in person

9. **Limitation of Liability**

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

* Alpine Microgreens Farm’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.**

* We are not liable for:

* Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

* Loss of income, health complications, or other secondary effects

10. **Compliance with Local Laws**

* Alpine Microgreens Farm agree's to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

* Products are produced in accordance with applicable laws in Utah.

11. **Indemnification Clause**

Alpine Microgreens Farm follows all food safety laws and maintains clean and sanitized production and harvest equipment, tools, areas and uses food safe, storage equipment and environmentally friendly packaging. You agree to **indemnify and hold harmless Alpine Microgreens Farm from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:

* Failure to follow safety instructions

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Alpine Microgreens Farm Coaching

 1. Scheduling

All sessions must be scheduled in advance through the website.

 2. Cancellation Notice

* A minimum of  24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

* Cancellations made with proper notice may be rescheduled.

3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

* Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged in full.

* Failure to attend a scheduled session (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

 4. Refund Policy

* All coaching services are **non-refundable**, unless otherwise stated in writing.

* Prepaid sessions must be used within  3–6 months or will expire.

If the Coach needs to cancel or reschedule:

* The session will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time.

6. Agreement

Free microgreens samples are subject to availability due to limited supplies. We are a small operation at the moment and can only provide free samples when extra product beyond orders is available. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
